DESCRIPTION:Join Vikki from Victoria Jane Ceramics to create your own Ceramic Greenman\, just in time for the warmer months.  Using provided forms and cutters you will be guided on how to build up the face features and then add leaves and natural details to create your own character.  Once dried and fired\, Vikki will glaze your finished piece in your choice of colour. \nTraditionally\, the Greenman is an ancient symbol of rebirth\, regeneration and the cyclical nature of Spring.  It represents the eternal cycle of growth\, death and rebirth in the turning of the seasons and some view it as a guardian of the Earth.  It is usual to display a Greenman in your garden. \nSuitable for beginners.  Age 16+ only please. \nPlease note\, as this is an evening workshop\, our Tearoom and Gallery will be closed and no refreshments will be available. \nWe cannot transfer or refund your bought places unless they are refilled.
