SUMMARY:Open Studio Access Tues 24th March from 9.30am
DESCRIPTION:Our newly extended Open Studio Access allows you to come and use the pottery workshop facilities to create your own makes.  This can be hand-building projects or on the potters wheel.  You can come for 2\, 4 or 6 hours.  This is not a taught session so although our Pottery Teachers will be on hand for support and advice they will not teach one-to-one. \nIf you book for 2 or 4 hours please email workshops@edentearoom.com to let us know what time you will be attending so we can ensure there is enough room for everyone. \nFrom February 2026 we have a new arrangement starting. Open Access will run every Tuesday from 9.30am – 3.30pm. You must buy your clay from us (cost covers clay\, glazes and 2 firings). Hourly Open Access rates have been reduced.

DESCRIPTION:This is a new series of workshops we are running aimed at people who are regular makers and have an interest in developing their skills and knowledge. Each session will focus on a different topic or technique. DESCRIPTION:Join Anita from wick-ed Candle Refills for this 2 hour workshop where she will show you the simplest and quickest way to produce luxury natural soy wax scented candles and provide everything you need to do so. Within the workshop we will teach you how to make/refill your own candles and have the confidence to create your own large 250ml scented soy wax candle to take home and enjoy. (RRP approx. £35) We have a small but exceptional collection of fragrances for you to choose from\, all paraben free quality fragrance oils\, speciality blended for us by a UK supplier. \n  \nPlease note that if you wish to use Eden’s first floor Tearoom before of after the workshop\, even for drinks and cake\, you must book a table via the website as availability cannot be guaranteed. \n  \nWe work hard to price our workshop fairly and offer good value for money. We therefore have a clear non-refundable & no transfer policy to ensure that we cover our costs and protect the ongoing viability of the workshop. You will learn how to draw decorative illustrations and flourishes to complement your calligraphy lettering on stationery pieces.
