SUMMARY:Kids Ceramic Snail and Butterfly Thurs 13th Aug 10:30am
DESCRIPTION:In this fun and creative pottery workshop children will handbuild a friendly clay snail and a beautiful textured butterfly. Using simple techniques\, they’ll shape and decorate their pieces with colourful slips to make them truly unique. Once completed\, the pottery will be left to dry\, fired in the kiln\, glazed and ready to collect at a later date. A lovely hands on session full of imagination and creativity.  \nThis workshop is suitable for children aged 5+ (Age 5 and 6 year olds must have an accompanying adult for the workshop duration.) \nParents can stay to help or book a table in the Tearoom. Please do not leave the premises during the workshop. If you wish to use the Tearoom you must book via our website as we cannot guarantee availability. \nPlease note we cannot add or transfer your booking unless your original places are filled.
