Our Watercolour Wednesday afternoon is aimed at complete beginners through to accomplished artists. The session is split into 2 classes:
1-2.30pm – First Techniques – ‘Everything I know in easy steps’ – aimed at complete beginners, including those who have never held a paint brush before, you will be guided step-by-step to create a miniature watercolour landscape painting incorporating a range of techniques. (See photo) All materials provided for this class only.
2.30-4pm – ‘Become an artist’ – join retired art teacher Karen Buckels for an informal relaxed afternoon of art. In this session Karen will support you in developing your own artistic style. With many years of teaching and life experience this is sure to be an enjoyable afternoon full of stories, laughter and painting. You are required to bring your own sketchbook and painting equipment for this session.
You are welcome to attend one or both of the classes and have a full creative afternoon.
This session is very informal and relaxed. It’s taught by veteran watercolour artist Karen Buckles who has over 50 years experience of teaching and painting.
