Pottery for Beginners Evening Course 1st-29th May 6.30pm

This evening Course is aimed at people who have little or no experience with clay or who wish to refresh their skills.

Running on 5 consecutive Thursday evenings starting on 1st May until 29th May 6.30-9pm, these sessions will be run by our professional Pottery Teacher Vikki, who has over 30 years experience of working with clay (we know…she doesn’t look old enough!)

You will be shown and supported on different making techniques, including pinch, slab and on the potters wheel. All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring any of your own. The Course fee includes all clay, tuition, kiln firings and glazing. You will have the opportunity to make something of your own design or use the moulds provided. If the weather allows, on Week 4 you will do some Microwave Raku outside, which is great fun.

Please note as this is an evening Course our Tearoom and Gallery will be closed.
