Felted Spring Decorations with Evendawn Arts Sat 12th April 1:30pm

Join Helen Worthington from Evendawn Arts in this Needle Felting workshop, a great opportunity to try needle felting, to create some simple and beautiful Spring-themed decorations for your home this Spring – or for giving as unique and personal gifts.  During the workshop you’ll have a choice of different designs, colours, etc, to suit your preferred project.

Any level of experience welcome, as you’ll receive full tuition.

(A minimum age of 16 is required for the workshop participants, due to safety requirements).

Needle Felting requires the use of special needles to felt wool together, which can then be manipulated into shapes and applied onto bases to make the decorations.  You’ll be shown how to do this to create your designs, and many of the decorations we’ll be doing are created onto a polystyrene base, making it very easy to make these lovely pieces of work.

There is the requirement to comply with safety equipment instructions during the workshop – involving the wearing of protective leather finger guards during the felting of the designs.  Felting needles are extremely sharp and therefore safety procedures will be in place to protect all participants.

Most importantly, this is a fun and creative class and the results should make everyone smile in the Spring sunshine!
