Are you an aspiring thrower? Have you been watching The Great Pottery Throw Down and fancy a go?
For this unique throwing project you will be given the full brief one week before Week 1 of the event.
During Week 1 (Tuesday 11th February 10am-2pm) you will have 4 hours to make and refine your complete project. Two weeks later, after a bisque firing, during Week 2 (Tuesday 25th February), you will have 3 hours to decorate your finished pieces.
Your work will then be fired a final time before being judged by the owner of Eden and our Gallery Manager. The winner will be notified by email and announced on our social media. The winner will be awarded our tempting afternoon tea for two!
This is a challenging but hugely rewarding opportunity for any thrower. Stretch your skills in a friendly and fun environment. You will need to be a competent thrower. If you have completed our Potters Wheel 4 x session course, you will be eligible to enter this. If you have any questions please email workshops@edentearoom.com
