*NEW WORKSHOP*

Our much-anticipated Highland Cow workshop has finally arrived.  This first session is available by invitation only for intermediate potters while our Pottery Teacher fine-tunes timings and skill levels. Public bookings will be open soon for a repeat of this workshop in September.  Designed for those with some clay experience, this workshop is not suitable as a first pottery class. Using terracotta clay, you’ll create this charming Highland Cow sculpture step by step.  You’ll be shown how to build the basic hollow form, add characterful facial features and complete the signature long flowing coat that makes this breed so distinctive.

Due to the level of detail involved, this is a full-day workshop.  We’ll break for lunch approximately halfway through the day.  We can reserve a table for you in our Tearoom (please email Vikki in advance), or you’re welcome to dine elsewhere.  Please note that, in line with our Health & Safety policy, food brought from outside may not be consumed anywhere on Eden premises, including the outdoor seating area.
