*NEW* Professional Development – Mishima Weds 6th May 1.30pm

This is a new series of workshops we are running aimed at people who are regular makers and have an interest in developing their skills and knowledge. Each session will focus on a different topic or technique. Please email workshops@edentearoom.com if you have any questions regarding these workshops.

In this skills based workshop, attendees will be introduced to the Mishima decorative technique, with a clear explanation of the process and creative possibilities.  Participants will learn how to carve designs into leather hard clay and inlay colour to create crisp, detailed surface decoration.  To practice the technique, each attendees will decorate leather hard tiles, gaining the confidence and practical skills to apply Mishima to their own work in the future.
