Our Current Exhibition: Celia Davies

Celia is a multi-media artist and instructor, working from her home studio in Ribble Valley.
Her own visually inspiring work is mainly created using mixed media, with a conmbination of fluid based materials such as alcohol inks and epoxy resin. These liquids have properties which she uses to create totally unique pieces of art. The appeal of these liquids is that their pigments pool in unusual ways and when poured, create distinctive patterns which she manipulates by hand to produce paintings which are particularly individual, expressive, and striking.
Celia creates one off, contemporary pieces which marry well with modern interiors. Her collaborators include interior designers and up-cyclers. Her distinctive large scale abstracts are incorporated into several commercial and residential design projects in and around Lancashire and London.
She sells both originals and limited hand embellished signed prints of her work and has collectors in both the U.K. and overseas
