Alex Hinge

Kristi Kazar
Kristi Kazar is a local contemporary artist whose work explores memory and the small moments in life that often pass unnoticed, yet stay with us. Working in layered acrylics with texture and oil, her paintings develop gradually, allowing depth, atmosphere and light to emerge over time. Light plays a central role in her work, often appearing as a gentle pull towards possibility and the idea of facing what lies ahead. Her paintings frequently feature expansive natural scenes with subtle symbolic elements such as tiny houses or boats, inviting the viewer to pause and reflect on ideas of home, choice and appreciation. Her work carries a sense of nostalgia and quiet hope, offering a reminder to notice and value what we already have.

Carol Owens
Carol Owens is a local artist who paints landscapes in acrylics, using a contemporary, lively, and dramatic style that complements a wide range of interiors. Each work begins as an on-site sketch before being developed into a finished painting in her Lancaster studio. Her paintings are created using a layering technique that builds depth and perspective within each piece.
